The air ambulance had to land on the A1 autoroute yesterday morning after a serious accident on the Coppet exit.
Vaud police say there was a crash involving a car and a minibus at around 11am yesterday. Two people were seriously injured, including a man in his 80s. He was airlifted to hospital.
An investigation into the cause of the accident is now underway.
