Thousands marched in Bern on Saturday, calling for more and faster access to mental health care.
Organizers said around 5,000 people joined the rally.
Protesters denounced long waiting times, a shortage of therapy places, and unclear fees.
Psychotherapist and Bern city legislator Valentina Achermann urged more “money, time, and respect,” calling it unacceptable that people wait so long in one of the world’s richest countries.
The protest called for affordable therapy and better working conditions.
