There was a completely avoidable crash on the A1 autoroute near Geneva airport.
On Monday night, a 23-year-old motorcyclist reportedly ignored clear “no entry” signs, rode into a closed section and collided head-on with a parked truck - despite repeated warning signs.
He was rushed to the Geneva University Hospitals, where his condition is said not to be life-threatening.
Police have opened an investigation.
