In Geneva, a court has ruled in favor of a student group behind a university calendar that was pulled last year.
The University of Geneva had stopped its distribution, objecting to pro-Palestinian slogans like “From the river to the sea” and a mention of a 1969 hijacking.
But the court said criticizing the Israeli government isn't antisemitic and that the slogan is legally protected.
The university is now reviewing the decision and might take the case to Switzerland’s top court.
