Former executives of the now defunct bank Credit Suisse will be able to keep their bonuses.
The Federal Council reached this conclusion in its report on banking stability, which took stock of the legal means available to retroactively sanction managers of a bank who mismanaged funds.
It was determined that any request for reimbursement would have little chance of success.
