A Geneva resident has complained to the press after she ordered a cushion which came packed within plastic air bags.
32-year-old Raphael says the package was twice the size of the cushion. She told the company in one delivery they used more single use plastic than she had in the last two years – and for a cushion which is unlikely to suffer damage in transport.
The delivery company Galaxus is acknowledging too much packaging was used and will look at changing their practices.
