A cyber-attack on some Swiss banks yesterday is thought to have come from Russia.
The hacker group known as NoName is believed to be responsible for a Distributed Denial of Service attack on the cantonal banks of Zurich and Vaud as well as the communes of Adligenswil, Kriens and Ebikon in canton Lucerne.
The Federal Cyber Security Office says there was no data leak.
The same group hit the federal government website in June 2023.
