The World Economic Forum’s meeting in Davos officially starts today.

But ahead of the start, there have already been discussions over Ukraine’s 10-point peace plan, involving more than 80 countries – but not Russia.

A meeting yesterday was led by the foreign minister, Ignazio Cassis, with representatives from the Ukrainian president’s office. The president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, is expected to arrive today.

More than 300 public figures will be attending during the week, including Antony Blinken, US Secretary of State, Li Qiang, the premier of China and French president, Emmanual Macron.

It’s expensive to attend. According to Yahoo Finance, tickets cost around CHF 20,000 each – and you must be invited.
