A German Shepherd attack has cost its multimillionaire owner CHF 330,000.
A Zurich court convicted them of negligent bodily harm and violating dog laws after a delivery driver was bitten.
The man later developed a severe fear of dogs and was unable to work for 18 months.
Judges noted the dog had bitten several people before, making the incident foreseeable and preventable.
The fine is so high as it’s based on the owners' wealth.
