Three drivers are likely to face penalties after filming the scene of a car accident on Saturday.
The accident in question was actually an exercise by Sankt Gallen emergency workers on the autoroute in Oberbüren.
The police monitoring the exercise also kept to a look out for gawkers. Three drivers were spotted filming on their phones as they drove by.
They will be reported to the cantonal prosecutor.
