A Geneva café was damaged by machine gun fire in the early hours of Sunday morning. The café was closed and no one was inside.
The weapon used was a police issue Sig Sauer MPX submachine gun which had earlier been stolen from a patrol car.
A 19-year-old has been arrested, suspected of being the shooter and the thief.
No reason for the shooting has been given and police confirm noone was hurt.
Investigations into the shooting and the theft of the weapon are on-going.
