Nearly 15% of students at the University of Geneva skipped medical care last year because of cost, according to the Student Life Observatory.
To help, the university has launched low-cost video doctor visits.
Since November, students can book online consultations for CHF 30 through the Télémaque project.
More than fifty have already used the service, mainly for mental health support and common illnesses.
The project is funded for three years and aims to make healthcare easier to access between classes.
