Giving up chocolate altogether is not necessarily good for your health.

The Zurich-based scientists behind the study looked at a group of 3,000 people suffering from atrial fibrillation.
The result: moderate chocolate consumption was associated with a lower risk of hospitalisation and death.
The most favourable effect was observed with a consumption of two to six chocolate bars per week.
