A small village in Graubünden is becoming internationally famous through a new YouTube video which explains how a radar system is keeping drivers safe from falling rocks.
British YouTuber Tom Scott posted a video showing how the system will turn traffic lights red if it detects a boulder heading for the road. Since its installation in Brienz in 2017 – the lights have turned red around 5,000 times.
The video’s a hit. It was posted only 2 days ago and already has 2 and a half million views.
