Luna Parc to replace Fan Zone

The Geneva World Cup Fan Zone may not be happening on the Plainpalais – but that means there’s a chance for something else.

The city has offered the space to the Luna Park Fun Fair instead.

It will run for longer than the tournament – from December 3rd to January 8th – so right across Christmas and New Year.

The Fan Zone was cancelled due to threats from those opposed to the competition going ahead as well as an advertising boycott.
