Two missing climbers have been found dead in the Valaisan Alps, four days after they called for help.
Last Friday, one of the climbers fell and his companion called emergency services.
Despite several rescue flights, they couldn’t be found at the time.
It was only on Tuesday – four days after the call – they were discovered at a height of nearly 4,000 meters near the Simplon summit.
Formal identification is now underway.
