A nanny, who was sentenced after baby in her care died in 2018, is back in court in Geneva as the prosecution believes the original sentence is too lax.
The nanny admitted she was frustrated by the baby and shook the child, which died three days later in hospital.
She was originally sentenced to three years in prison with two years suspended.
The prosecution had asked for six.
The defence argues she tried to save the baby’s life after the incident.
The verdict will be due in a few weeks.
