Following reports incoming airline passengers were only being sporadically checked if they had a negative test the police were out in force at Zurich airport over the weekend to check all incoming passengers.
Anyone arriving by air into the country has to show a negative test taken within the last 72 hours.
Zurich police say only 2 people were found not to have a test certificate. They each got a CHF 200 fine.
The police are not releasing information on where they came from or which airline flew them. But a spokesman says the results show the vast majority of people are following the rules.
