Skiers in Switzerland will pay a little more this winter.
According to the Swiss Cableways Federation, day passes are set to rise by two to three percent, while season tickets will increase by up to five percent.
Director Berno Stoffel says dynamic pricing will continue - the earlier you buy, the cheaper it is.
Similar price hikes are expected in Austria and Germany.
Despite higher costs, the industry remains optimistic after last winter’s strong turnout, hoping for early snow to kick off the season.
