Pilots for SWISS International Airlines will not go on strike after an agreement was signed with the airline.
The pilots were threatening to strike next weekend. They have been fighting for better working conditions.
Last minute overnight negotiations were completed yesterday. Representatives for the pilots say they’re pleased an agreement has been reached and stressed they never wanted to strike.
The airline also reached an agreement with ground staff late last week – who were also threatening to down tools.
