Volcano eruption brings dramatic sunsets

We can expect some dramatic sun sets and rises over the next few days – and it’s the volcano in La Palma that’s responsible.

The Spanish Island volcano has been active since the middle of September – and it’s still spitting out lava.

A large sulphur cloud is now speeding across western Europe and it will soon reach Switzerland.

But experts say there’s no need to be worried – meteonews says the concentrations of sulphur dioxide will be far too low to be a danger.

The main cloud will be passing over this evening.
