A study of sleeping habits across the country show some differences in the language regions on bed times, who dreams the most and we like a weekend lie in.
But we are all only getting the minimum amount of sleep at 7 hours.
The survey by the Link Institute shows bedtimes in the French and German speaking areas are on average between 10 and 11pm, while those in the Italian areas will go to bed a little later.
German speakers report dreaming the least – only 26% say they dream regularly – but again Italian speakers say they dream 40% of the time.
But everyone sleeps more at the weekend – about 2 hours extra.
