Police had to intervene to prevent violence breaking out between hockey fans in Geneva and Zurich.
In Geneva, about 100 Fribourg-Gotteron fans gathered at the Avenue de la Jonction on Saturday afternoon. Witnesses say they all wore the same black hoodie outfits while shouting and throwing fireworks.
Police corralled the fans and escorted them to the Vernet ice rink – keeping them away from Servette fans.
The police say no one was injured, but the fans were angry and threw some bottles.
On Sunday, Zurich police made several arrests as fans from Kloten and Zurich Lions clashed and confiscated knives from some fans.
