What have people been asking Google?

What have been the most asked questions on Google in Switzerland this year?

A survey by the Blick newspaper shows it’s not all about Covid, but many are.

The most asked question is ‘how long is a PCR test valid?’ – currently, that’s 72 hours.

But the second question is a bit more banal – maybe reflecting lockdowns and people staying at home – ‘what shall I cook today?’

Other questions should, really be known by any Swiss national – ‘how many cantons are there?’ 26, if you don’t know, including the half cantons, and what’s the population of Switzerland? 8.6 million.

Medical questions featured as people refer to 'Dr Google' – such as, how long does Covid last and what’s a good home treatment of cystitis?

You can Google those yourself.
