Workers for the City of Zurich had a pleasant surprise as their February salaries have been paid twice.
Unfortunately for them, it’s a technical glitch and not a bonus – and it will have to paid back.
The City is now checking to see how many of their 30,000 workers are affected.
Councillors were also paid their attendance fees twice.
It’s not known exactly the total amount was paid.
