Around a hundred people gathered in Geneva yesterday evening to protest the war in Iran.
The demonstrators, largely from left-wing groups, called for peace based on justice and the right to self-determination.
Activists said the reported death of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, has sparked both relief and deep concern about what could come next.
Speakers also criticized Switzerland, which is the depositary of the Geneva Conventions, accusing the government of remaining silent in the face of ongoing bombings.
