The autoroute access ramp off the Route de Meyrin to head to Lausanne was closed for most of yesterday morning after a car drifted off, hit the crash barrier and rolled over.
The driver manged to get himself out and was taken to hospital for checks.
The fire service had to bring in its crane to clear the car.
It’s unknown why the driver lost control – and investigation is underway.
