Doctors in Switzerland are burning out and it's leading to shortages of skilled staff.
Last year 200 doctors sought help for stress, anxiety and lack of confidence. That number has doubled in the last six years.
While the stress of the pandemic is a major factor, the Federation of Swiss Doctors make it clear it’s not the only reason.
The say it’s a lack of qualified staff. Hospitals and clinics around the country are struggling to fill vacancies – especially those outside the major cities.
