The first guests for next year’s World Economic Forum’s meeting in Davos have been revealed.
The meeting runs from the 20th to the 24th January – we know Donald Trump won’t be attending as it clashes with his inauguration.
But for the first time, the entire Federal Council will be present, led by Karin Keller-Sutter who will be president by then.
Also, former councillor Alain Berset will be there – but in his capacity as head of the Council of Europe.
A large Chinese delegation is expected, but as yet, uncertain if President Xi Jinping will attend.
Also unknown is if Ukrainian head Volodymyr Zelensky will turn up – that’s being kept secret for the moment for security reasons – but there will be no Russian delegation.
