Unemployment rules for frontaliers changed over the weekend – putting more pressure on those claiming benefits in France.
The rules now state that claimants have to accept a suitable job in France if it’s paying a fair French salary – and can’t hold on for a higher paid Swiss post.
If they do, they risk having their money suspended.
