Geneva says it will start vaccinating the over 65s from next week. Most of those over 74, as well as the vulnerable and care workers, have now got their jab.
Cantonal authorities say the supply is increasing and Geneva says it will be receiving around 20,000 doses a week. The vaccines will be half from Pfizer and half from Moderna.
The next age group to be eligible will be those aged between 55-64.
The canton hopes it can hold-off a third wave with increased vaccinations and testing.
