Former US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, was in Lugano over the weekend.
She was invited by the political think tank, the Aspen Institute.
It was a private visit, but extra security had been laid on. She was spotted in the street – someone shouted to her how she likes Switzerland, she responded ‘I love it’.
The meeting, with other politicians from around the world, was sponsored by the Clinton Foundation.
