Police in eastern Switzerland are searching for a 41-year-old man who escaped custody in canton St Gallen.
The Austrian national fled on foot from a police station in Thal while being prepared for transfer back to Austria.
A large-scale search operation is underway, involving patrols, drones, dogs and a police helicopter, with support from Austrian authorities.
