One man is in hospital and another under arrest after several shots were fired in Chavornay in canton Vaud.
Police say a 63-year-old man fired on his 44-year-old neighbour from his balcony. The victim is in the Lausanne University Hospital in a serious condition.
It’s not known why the neighbour opened fire on Tuesday evening.
An investigation is underway.
