The Geneva Cantonal Vehicle Office has raised CHF 118,000 by auctioning off licence plates.
On person paid CHF 48,000 for the plate GE 55555 – five fives.
In all around 20 car and motorcycle plates were sold – including GE 33 and GE 8088.
There’ll be another auction of plates in the spring.
