Geneva police are warning traffic will be severely disrupted later this afternoon due to a march by feminist strikers.
Several routes will be closed from around 5.30 to 8pm as well as some public transport lines.
The march will go over the Mont-Blanc Bridge and along the Quai Wilson.
It was estimated around 15,000 took part in last year’s march which the Hotel des Bergues was the focus of attention as many gathered outside, demanded better treatment for hotel cleaning staff which are predominately women.
