Valais police are investigating a mysterious death of a man found in the ski resort of Nendaz.
The 24-year-old was found on the side of the road by a passerby. Paramedics declared the man dead at the scene despite attempts to resuscitate him.
The man has been identified as an Afghan national who lived in the area. Police are looking for witnesses.
