The details of this year’s New Years celebrations in Geneva have been announced.
For the first time, the festivities will be held on the Quai Gustave-Ador. There’ll be live bands playing near the Jet d’Eau and at the Baby Plage.
Around the area will be bars and 15 food trucks.
Obviously, there’ll be fireworks at midnight and the music will continue into the small hours of the New Year.
Nez Rouge volunteers will be on hand to help those who need to get home after a few drinks.
The Quai will be closed to traffic on the 31st from 6pm – and will reopen at 9am on January 1st.
