The Pride March in Geneva tomorrow is expected to attract 30,000. Police are warning of major disruptions in the centre of the city, road closures and there’ll be several public transport lines cut or closed.
The march will start on the Avenue de France at midday and move down the Quai Wilson, across the Pont du Mont Blanc and end on the Place de Neuve.
It’s been two years since the last Pride March in Geneva. Organisers say they’re demanding fundamental rights – including the criminalization of so-called conversion therapy.
