The two Taylor Swift Concerts in Zurich last summer were worth CHF 90m to the city.
Almost 100,000 fans came to the city – including 10,000 from the United States, specifically for the concerts.
Many of the visitors spent a few days in the city. CHF 13m was spent on hotels alone. Further millions were spent on food and drink, transport and souvenirs.
The figures were put together by the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich.
