Victim identified from Aarau shooting

A 22-year-old woman has been identified as the victim of Saturday’s Aarau rave shooting, and German police have joined the Swiss manhunt for the gunmen still at large

Five others are in hospital — four men and one woman, aged 24 to 27 — with injuries ranging from minor to serious.

The rave site is less than 20 kilometres from the German border, prompting cross-border coordination.

Motives and the number of attackers remain unclear, and Aargau police are appealing to anyone with photos or video from the Aarauer Rave to come forward.
