Several Swiss websites were targeted by Russian hackers yesterday – including the airports of Zurich and Geneva.
The Denial of Service attack was confirmed by a spokesman at Geneva airport.
The No Name hacking group also confirmed the attack. On a Telegram channel they said ‘While the Swiss authorities continue to supply weapons to Ukrainian Nazis, we continue to punish Russophobic portals’.
Yesterday’s cyber attacks follow previous assaults in systems run by the Swiss Federal Railways and government departments.
