The French president Emmanual Macron is becoming a fashion Icon in Davos.
He’s wearing sunglasses due to an eye infection - and the model is now in high demand.
Many are mistaking them for Ray-Bans - especially the type made famous by Tom Cruise in Top Gun.
But they’re actually made by an Italian company under the brand Henry Jullien - they cost about EUR 650.
The company’s website has crashed a few times with the demand and a temporary page has been set up.
Normally around 100 pairs are sold a year - but the Macron effect may push that up to 1,000, says the company.
