Reopening of the Gotthard Train Tunnel is on track.
Swiss Federal Railways says the world’s longest train tunnel will start carrying passengers from the 2nd September.
The 57 km route was wrecked after a goods train derailed more than a year ago. 10 km of track had to be replaced.
Some goods trains are already running, their progress is being monitored as a test.
