A world record was broken in Martigny in canton Valais over the weekend – the World’s Largest Raclette.
4,893 guests, 361 raclette-scrapers met and cooked up more than two tonnes of cheese and 1.2 tonnes of potatoes.
The record was taken from Saint-Etienne in France which held the largest, at the time, in March with only half the number of people.
