The smallest ski resort in the world made international headlines when it was set up in Sankt Gallen – but now its run into significant legal problems.
It’s been set up in a back yard of a house. It has a drag lift and a snow blower.
But authorities say the lift doesn’t meet technical specifications and the slope is too small and skiers run the risk of hitting a building.
The canton says if the lift stays operational it can be forcibly dismantled and the owners face fines.
