This weekend is expected to be particularly hot again, with temperatures above 30 degrees.
The City of Geneva is putting in place 26 installations to help residents stay cool.
There’ll be 12 giant misters, 6 micro-oases, and 8 shading systems.
The misting systems will be scattered around the city, but three of them will be in the Paquis district which is particularly exposed and residents have difficulty finding shade.
The mini oases will be near playgrounds providing paddling pools and shade for parents and children.
